FINANCIAL & PAYMENT POLICY

If you do not have insurance, payments for medical care are to be made at the time of the visit.  If a large bill is anticipated, a payment program may be arranged ahead of time with the first partial payment made on the day of service.

If you are a surgical patient or OB patient, the portion not covered by insurance will need to be paid before the day of service.

INSURANCE BILLING

Patients are responsible for all charges incurred at the time of visit.  Those patients wishing to use insurance will need to provide all necessary insurance information prior to the scheduled appointment and will be responsible for a co-pay or deductible as applicable.  We will also bill secondary insurance if requested by the patient and necessary information is provided.  All charges that are denied by any insurance company will be directly billed to the patient.

If you have any questions regarding payments or would like more information, please contact us at 509-489-2101.
